Exploded View.

This article describes an advertising photograph taken by Jay Silverman for Clarion car stereo. The photograph depicts a driver being blasted through the roof of his car by the power of his audio equipment. The effort involved the replacement of the car's roof with a sheet of color-matched plastic, the welding of a bicycle seat to the floor of the car to support the subject and the use of foam rubber from compressed-air guns to reinforce the sense of an explosion.
