Abstract
- The article presents the study conducted by the Dalhousie University researchers regarding the relations between corneal thickness and glaucoma in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The study conducted to 54 patients indicates that thickness of the center of the cornea can affect the intraocular pressure (IOP). The researchers revealed that the there is no consistent relations between the two because corneal thickness is not an authentic reflection of laminar and scleral changes.
