Abstract

The article presents a brief summary of V. O. Key's various works and roles during the period of his life when he operated at the very height of the discipline of political science. It started with the completion of "Southern Politics," a study of the electoral processes in the Southern U.S. in 1949, his move to Yale University, then to Harvard and his premature death in 1963. It features Key's scholarly productions such as periodicals, books and research.
