Electronic security.

A chapter of the book "The A-Z of Facilities and Property Management" is presented. It discusses the importance of electronic security in real estate business. Enumerated are the offences introduced by the Computer Misuse Act 1990 including unauthorized access to computer material, unauthorized modification of computer material, and ulterior intent. Short case studies have been incorporated to demonstrate the applicability of the aforementioned law.
