Abstract
- The article reports on the take over of development coordinator Juan Martinez in the fund-raising management of the Basic Rights Oregon (BRO) in Oregon. Martinez as the top fund-raiser will assume the full-time responsibilities of it in BRO which is the flagship organization for the sexual minority rights and advocacy. According to executive director Jeana Frazzini, Martinez is fitted in the position due to his strong relationships and deep commitment in the LGBT community.
