Abstract: Information about the Pipeline and Informed Planning Alliance (PIPA) meeting conducted by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is presented. The meeting, held in Arlington, Va., was attended by representatives from pipeline companies, local government, as well as individuals from associations of homebuilders, realtors, developers, cities and counties. It was followed by a PIPA plenary session consisting of three separate task teams.
