Abstract
- The article reports that the motion picture "Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis," directed by and starring Dany Boon and co-starring Kad Merad has broken a 42-year box office record to become the most successful French film in the country. The motion picture achieved 17.5 million admissions in Gaul, breaking the record set by Gerard Oury's wartime comedy "La grande vadrouille" in 1966.
