Abstract: The conference paper "The Frametalker Project: Building an Utterance-Based Communication Device" is presented. The paper will be presented at the 12th Biennial Conference of the International Society for Augmentative and Alternative Communication in Dusseldorf, Germany from July 29 to August 5, 2006. It discusses a prototype application to generate and modify whole utterances for people with disabilities.
