Abstract
- The article underscores the development and preponderance of outdoor advertising in Indiana. It is mentioned that Indiana has a strong road culture. This is one of the identified reasons why graphic design in rural areas has always maintained a highly maintained conservative fashion. Recognizable logos for national restaurant franchises, hotel chains, and homegrown advertisements are also posted along the highways of this state. Moreover, it is stated that roadside advertising is widely practiced in this location.
