Abstract

This paper reports on a study of how preservice secondary mathematics teachers deal with the complexity of a problem in a covariational context. We claim that the coordination of structural and operational perspectives of mathematical objects can provide affordances in dealing with complexity and covariation. ..PAT.-Conference Proceeding [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
