Abstract
- The article presents the ten best pottery books based on an email survey, to mark the tenth anniversary of "Pottery Making Illustrated" magazine. Three of Robin Hopper's books are in the top ten. Daniel Rhodes books are also in the list including the "Clay and Glazes for the Potter." Glaze books are found to be popular and the number one book is "Mastering Cone 6 Glazes," by John Hesselberth and Ron Roy. Although not in the survey list, "Finding One's Way With Clay," by Paulus Berensohn is said to have been mentioned many times by the respondents.
