The article investigates the management and operation system of sports organizations in cities in Henan province, China. The author cited the transfer of management and operation of sports organizations from the government to the society. They observed that most of the administrators were not young, not sports majors, and were working part time. They also found inadequate sports grounds, a diversified source of funding, and lack of communication and supervision systems.
