Abstract

This article provides information on cheese and tips on making homemade cheese. Cheese is basically milk, culture and rennet. The type of culture used, temperature control and cooking time can result to different kinds of cheese. Kinds of cheese include cheddars, parmesans, colbys and blue cheese. It is important to consider the kind of culture or starter to use before making homemade cheese. Several recipes for making cheese, such as soft cheese and ricotta cheese, are presented.
