Official: Equity plan important to school success.

An interview is presented with Wesley G. Williams, II, who is director of the Ohio Teacher Equity Office in the state's Department of Education. Williams says that the office was created as a way of ensuring that highly qualified teachers are in classrooms. When asked about the teacher distribution analyses, Williams describes the teacher distribution files that have been created. The office is partnering with the Citizens' Commission on Civil Rights and Williams discusses the goals.
