Abstract
- Chapter 64 of the book "Peterson's Principles of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery" is presented. This chapter focuses on blepharoplasty, which is frequently performed either as an adjunctive procedure or as a freestanding operation. A thorough understanding of the topography of the upper two-thirds of the face is essential for successful eyelid surgery. Postoperative interventions seek to limit edema and ecchymosis and prevent post-operative bleeding.
