Abstract
- The article reports on the rebuilding and recovery plan of the Office of Recovery and Development Administration in New Orleans, Louisiana. It relates that the emphasis of the Office of Recovery, headed by Ed Blakely, for its citywide recovery plan will be on rebuilding and improving public infrastructure from roads to civic buildings. It was also mentioned that Blakely's plan include new construction funding for 17 recovery zones, which will provide a structure for rebuilding.
