Abstract
- The article argues on the issue of abolishment of death penalty in the U.S. David Elliot of the National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty, stresses that the death penalty discriminates on the basis of race, geography and income level because people who can afford good lawyers generally do not receive death sentences.
