Abstract

The article discusses the intention of Japan to become a country built on intellectual property (IP) by developing trained and expert IP personnel. It is suggested that the government of Japan (GOJ) previously created a program aimed to develop experts with the wide knowledge of IP through the education system. GOJ is now determining ways to educate the public regarding IP. It is the author's view that it is extremely important to develop human resources for IP education who understand the essence of IP in intelligence.
