Presentación.

The article discusses the focus of the magazine "Papers." Since it's founding, the magazine has paid special attention to the topic of migration, particularly in Catalonia and in Spain. The current issue focuses on several topics, including that of the transnational perspective in migration studies, post-colonialism, and economic marginalisation. The issue also presents several findings from recent investigations and doctoral theses undertaken by the Grup d'Estudis sobre Immigració i Minories Ètniques.
