Abstract

The article discusses hazardous effects of eating disorders. According to a research, it is necessary to have something small like fruit in the morning as people who skip their breakfast overeat later in the day. An Australian study has found that women who eat a snack high in protein and fiber consumed 5 percent fewer calories at their next meal. Another study concluded that people who eat while listening to a story take in 15 percent more calories than those who have a distraction-free meal.
