Trademark Design.

The article reports that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has approved the request of Disc Graphics Inc., a Hauppauge, New York-based printing and packaging manufacturer, to trademark its Omni-Pac DVD and CD packaging. It was stated that the company's packaging was printed on coated two-sided stock that employs around one third less board compared to other packaging. Furthermore, Disc Graphics, a supporter of sustainable printing method, manufactures folding cartons, commercial printing and flexographic labels under the standards of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP).
