ACE: 20,000 consulting engineer posts are left unfilled.

This article reports on a study on vacancies of consulting engineer posts in the U.S. in 2007. Conducted by the Association for Consultancy and Engineering, the study found that 13 percent of consulting engineering posts are left unfilled. It also showed that the greatest numbers of vacancies are in civil engineering, followed by structural, building services and environmental engineering.
