An International Perspective on White Collar/Organized Crime in India.

The research attempt here involves a review of the literature on the nature and forms of white collar crime for a comparative international study of the subject in India. The author spent some time in India during February/March 2006 and gathered relevant information there. The ASC conference presentation will include the extent of these white collar crimes, more specifically organized crimes, the institutions and individuals involved, victims, costs and consequences.
