Abstract
- The article traces the career history of Australian tennis player Alicia Molik. Molik reached her highest career ranking in 2005 at number eight, but the tennis star suffered from an inner-ear condition which sidelined her for more than a year. Molik's ranking plummeted. She made her comeback in Japan in May 2006 and gathered enough wins to reach the rank of 69. The efforts exerted by Molik to regain her old form are discussed in the article.
