The article reports on the advocacy of health experts to educate general practitioners about the cautions in the diagnosis of bipolar disorder in pre-pubescent children in the U.S. The study found out that the population of young people who have the disease have increased a lot since 1994 due to unclear causes. According to professor Louise Newman of the University of Newcastle, bipolar diagnoses have also scattered in Australia.
