Abstract
- The author shares her views on how to be an effective and efficient manager. She claims that firstly, a manager must know that he is totally fit to do managerial tasks. This allegedly means that he knows he has the right records and capacity to actualize them in the field. Second, she asserts some positive attitudes that must reflect his fitness to that position. Being an open-minded, friendly, practical, and down-to-earth are allegedly among the few that could make him stand out among the rest.
