Abstract
- The article focuses on the study on the decline of economic importance of agricultural crop pollinators for ecosystem services. The author stressed the importance of considering environmental factors in using pollinator services as economic incentives for conservation. Three cases have also been explored involving the significance of pollination levels for gathered fruits of tropical crops namely Brazil's passion fruits, Ecuador's coffee and Indonesia's cacao. Results indicated that economic benefits from pollinators should include possible ecosystem processes cornering on the plant quality and pollination.
