Abstract

The article discusses the Martin v. Conseil des Ecoles Catholiques de Langue Francaise du Centre-Est case. John Martin, a father of student in the school, was banned by the principal of the elementary school. The court found Martin as a problem parent. The court mentioned events that led to the banning of Martin including the incident when he demanded for his daughter's teacher to talk to him. Martin was charged with trespass when he tried to bring her daughter inside the school. The court also found that the conduct of Martin affected the well-being of students.
