Abstract

The article offers information on Griggs Farm, a 280-unit affordable housing project in Princeton, New Jersey. Half of the units are offered at below market rates for low and moderate-income buyers and renters as a compliance to the Mount Laurel decision in 1975. It carries the name of its owner Burnett Griggs, who appealed to the court to save the area from commercial development. However, the property was sold to the Princeton Community Housing (PCH).
