Abstract
- The article attempts to develop a simple and effective mental arousal scale for sports. The scale was developed on the basis of the original mental arousal scale. A validity test was conducted which proved that the mental arousal scale for athletes is reliable, valid and consistent. The article discusses issues relating to sports psychology.
