THE PARTICIPATION OF WOMEN IN THE 2002 ANNUAL CONVENTIONS OF THE NAB AND THE BEA.

The article presents a study which analyzes the participation of women in the conventions of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and the Broadcast Education Association (BEA) in the U.S. in 2002. It has found out that in the NAB convention, the percentage of women participation has increased but has fewer participants. While in the BEA convention, it has continued to present an increase on the percentage of participants but the participation of women has declined.
