Abstract
- The article presents information on a study on spectral analysis of semi-rigid supported single story frames modeled as Timoshenko column with attached mass for 1999 Izmit earthquake in Turkey including rotatory inertia of the columns. Newmark-β method for period values of 0 to 3 seconds utilizing a computer program has created the response spectrum analysis of the model subjected to the earthquake.
