Abstract
- The article discusses the Exercise Maritime Response (EMR), which was designed to test the Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal response to a terrorist attack using radioactive materials. The EMR was held at Slemon Park (formerly Canadian Forces Base Summerside) on Prince Edward Island in February-March, 2006. Participants included the Human Monitoring Laboratory, Ottowa, Ontario.
