GUIDELINES FOR SELECTING EXPERIENTIAL TECHNIQUES IN FAMILY THERAPY.

A context for understanding, selecting, and creating experiential techniques in family therapy is offered. Following a brief discussion of the definition and scope of experiential techniques, the theory behind family therapy goals and strategies and the functioning of experiential techniques in family therapy are explored.
