Rummel teens play role model for area Head Start children.

The article reports on providing of educational facilities to the at-risk students of Archbishop Rummel High School's Operation Head Start. The students will be aided by the federally funded Project Head Start Program that is planned to provide the children of all groups, including low-income and unstable backgrounds education. In 2005, 20,000 Head Start centers across the U.S. helped about 22,000 children ranging from birth to 3 years of age in Louisiana.
