Abstract: The article reports on the decision of the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct to dismiss Cuyler Town Court Justice Jean Marshall for having out-of-court conversations with the defendants and without telling prosecutors. Marshall even tried to hide her conduct by altering her court calendar and writing over the original entries.
