Abstract
- An encyclopedia entry for philosopher Richard Field is presented. Field was born on October 15, 1561 in Hertfordshire, England and died on November 21, 1616 in Windsor, England. Field was made one of the chaplains of Elizabeth I in 1598, he became a prebendary of Windsor in 1604 and in 1609 Dean of Gloucester.
