Abstract

The article reports that architect Ian Ritchie has won the competition to design a footbridge over the River Avon close to his recently completed Royal Shakespeare Co. Courtyard Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon. The scheme was drawn up with Stuttgart-based engineer Schtaich Bergermann und Partner.
