Abstract: The article presents information on the 20th University of Michigan (UM)/Urban Land Institute Real Estate Forum, held in Detroit, Michigan. The forum is an annual event that discusses relevant issues in real estate investment, development, regulation and education. This year, the forum was honored to have Sam Zell, a 1966 UM graduate and one of the largest commercial real estate developers and owners in the United States, as a featured presenter.
