- This article provides a diet and nutritional supplement schedule for the "Growing Pains" weight training program, designed for those looking to build muscle mass. The program is separated into three phases that correspond to the three phases of the weight training program. The nutritional plan focuses on protein ingestion, as well as low-fat foods.
