Abstract

The article presents a discussion on menopause, multiple sclerosis, and hormone replacement therapy. Multiple sclerosis is a chronic, inflammatory, demyelinating condition of the central nervous system (CNS). It also cites the link between rapid bone loss and menopause in women. It also discusses the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in multiple sclerosis.
