Abstract
- The article discusses a bridge-stitching project over the M20 road in Kent, England to show how civil engineering decisions have to be made, according to Peter Chong, divisional director at consultant Peter Brett Associates. The aim of the project is to expand part of the roundabout junction between the M20 and the A228. Factors affecting the project include the need to work over a busy motorway without disrupting it.
