Abstract
- The article profiles fitness competitor, businesswomen and motivator of women, Jen Hendershott from the U.S. Hendershott runs Phat Camp, where she teaches women how to train as well as how to read food labels, eat right and make good decisions for their bodies. As a successful fitness competitor, she took top honors at both the Fitness International and Fitness Olympia in 2005 and placed third at the 2006 Arnold.
