Abstract

The article features the Providence restaurant in Los Angeles, California. The restaurant is boasting a cuisine dubbed as "New American seafood" and it is a joint venture of chef Michael Cimarusti and Donato Poto, the former general manager of Bastide. Cimarusti and Poto have overseen the renovation of the space originally designed by renowned Santa Monica architect Hagy Belzberg for Patina.
