REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON RESEARCH.

The article presents the report of the Committee on Research of the American Association on Mental Deficiency. The advisory function of the Committee Members may be used more extensively by presidents of the association, chairmen of the program committees and by outside organizations who are not thoroughly familiar with the research activities in the field of mental deficiency. The functions of the National Science fund founded by the National Academy of Science were also discussed.
