Abstract
- The article discusses the author's experiences of loosing weight by doing regular workouts. Dawn, a friend of the author, who is very fit, has shown the author that it is possible to make exercise a priority and still have a life. To keep herself motivated she constantly shakes up her workout -- doing bootcamp classes one week, weight training the next and pilates after that. Looking at what others do and how they believe in the author has given her inner strength. Five months ago, she couldn't imagine that she would be exercising four times a week or cooking healthy low fat dinners.
