Televisa has own vision.

The article reports on the involvement of Televisa of Mexico, in a powerful consortium to bid for Univision. Even though the company has cash reserves of 1.4 billion dollars, limitations on foreign ownership of U.S. broadcasters prevent the company from leading a bid on its own. According to the author, Televisa is suing Univision in a Los Angeles court for breach of contract under a long-term programming agreement that is not due to expire until 2017.
