REPORT OF THE SUBCOMMITTEE ON AFFILIATION OF FOREIGN SOCIETIES.

The article presents the report of the Subcommittee on Affixation of Foreign Societies highlighting the Latin America, which aspires to avail benefits of American Association on Mental Deficiency. The reports stressed that further study and consolation should be made to find a solid background on the type of participation the Latin American wish to have. Involvement of some official agencies and channeling some efforts through the agency is essential to the possibility of organizing a group.
