Abstract
- This article reports on India's Council of Scientific and Industrial Research. Dr. D. Yogeswara Rao, head of business development at the council, commented on how many foreigners want to engage in research collaborations. Over a six-month span, Rao was visited by representatives from Procter & Gamble, Colgate, Johnson & Johnson and Alcoa.
