- Details the findings of a survey conducted by the "Military Times" regarding the services provided by the U.S. government to the families of soldiers who died in overseas operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom since September 11, 2001. Goal of the survey; Views of Morten Ender, a military sociologist at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York, on being a soldier; Factors that contributed to the doubt felt by families on the death of a soldier, including chaos in combat.
